Effective business strategy requires two components:

Commerical Strategy that interrogates the core assumptions that underlie a business model and proves out those assumptions; Leadership Strategy that takes the insights that a Commercial Strrategy produces and folds it into operational habits, organisational culture and leadership accountabilities.

Commercial Strategy can be likenend to science. Leadership Strategy can be likened to art. Both contribute to making a business competitive, well-organisted and aligned around a way forward.

The impact of the programme is set by participants knowing their three key development areas. These development areas are agreed upon between the Manager and their Leader at the outset of the programme and are evaluated between the Leader and the Manager at the end of the programme.

There is no limit to the number of participants that can attend the programme.
