The Neo CEO program blends a variety of provocations that together form a cohesive executive learning experience

Orientation to the CEO role

Module 1 establishes the foundational building blocks of a CEO’s skill set: identifying innate abilities; revisiting purpose; and understanding the principles of systemic leadership.

Building ‘systemic intimacy’

Module 2 gives the CEO a fresh set of eyes to diagnose where their business is leaking performance and, by way of Lockstep’s Multi Modal Leader methodology, an understanding of how to plug these leaks.

Codifying performance

Understanding the hidden patterns that lead to business performance is a nuanced skill. Using proprietary Lockstep methodologies, CEOs learn the true nature of their businesses’ unique performance formula.

Developing CEO craft

The concept of ‘craft’ lies at the heart of any exceptional CEO performance: care, excellence, technique and flair. All CEO activities stand to benefit greatly from being infused with craft.

Creating performance impact

Knowledge without application is of little benefit. CEOs develop a customised CEO Strategy that provides a personalised playbook to drive business performance.

Integration of learnings
