A program for 10 future leaders to be equipped to step up into leadership roles.

What we did

A 6-month Leading Managers program incorporating both individual and group sessions between the aspiring leaders and their direct managers. The program covered influencing and leading others, creating impactful teams and engaging fully with what was needed from the organisation.

Results

The organisation’s overall leadership capacity has increased radically and, through the programme, the 10 young leaders are now equipped to contribute meaningfully to our client’s future success.
