What we did

A 6-month Leading Manager program customised for the specific needs of the two leaders. This included monthly half-day workshops and individual coaching sessions as well as guided internal mentoring sessions.


Both managers have been promoted and are thriving in their new roles. They are participating in an extended handover period to ensure their and the organisations continued success.
